Our complete reinvention of Glassons is a Wolf in Sheep's Clothing that has has revolutionised the mass-market fashion categorySuccess was immediate with all stores trading significantly up on turnover. It’s not just customers who are responding positively to the new design format either. Landlords who once turned Glassons away are now inviting them to their malls, offering coveted locations next to international high-street superstars such as ZARA, Uniqlo and H&M and even contributing towards their construction.

The success of the radical reinvention lies quietly in the layout, which challenges traditional display methods by removing all product from the walls and creating wardrobe-like display units throughout the store.

Simply put, we created more walls without merchandising the real ones, creating a clean look whilst cleverly and subtly maintaining a high volume of product. In fact, our design actually increases floor stock density by 50%. In addition the display units effectively frame the collections and looks can be styled within each wardrobe.

The scope of our retail solution for Glassons included Brand Strategy, Concept Design, Master Planning, Interior Design, Signage, Click & Collect Brand Creation, Vintage Brand Creation and Brand Guidelines. First launched in 2014, Landini's retail format continues to roll out across Australia and New Zealand (the brand's entire network).
